SWOP program for production documentation management
Production management software addresses the complications of the lifecycle of production plans, orders and procedures. It ensures 100% up-to-date data at all sites, minimizing the cost of distributing and producing new production documents. Enables quick search for production documents using barcodes or production codes. Minimizes the risk of "custom notes" and old drawings hidden in the manufacturing process.
With add-on modules, it also addresses streamlining material flow and improving the distribution of work among employees. This reliably eliminates the artificial reduction of work team performance.
The whole system significantly helps the work of production managers and their subordinates. The technologist, after creating the corresponding production procedure, only saves the new procedure on the server or replaces the old procedure with the new one.
At the beginning of each production process, the respective employee receives a barcode or other code. At his workplace, he attaches the code to a reader and the relevant production documentation is immediately displayed on the monitor in front of him. Each production process is thus printed out for archiving purposes at most and does not enter the production process in paper form at all.
In addition to the actual transfer of documentation to the shop floor, the system also enables precise monitoring of employee performance, or the setting of time standards for individual production operations - no more stopwatches in the hands of the technologist when setting production standards.
SW for automatic downloading of price lists for Shoptet
Our software program solves the problem of automatic import of multiple supplier price lists and catalogues into one e-shop. The system downloads price lists/catalogues from different defined suppliers in the first step. It calculates the selling price according to the set table of price levels, groups and exceptions. It sorts the products into the correct categories, modifies the product names and descriptions (transcoding of English, cleaning of unauthorized HTML tags, ...) sets the stock levels according to the requirements of the downstream systems and performs a price check (alerts for suspicious price decreases and increases compared to the past).
The next step generates an XML file with defined properties, which can be freely changed according to the system that will further draw from it. Thus, data can be prepared for several different systems, each of which counts on different XML batches.
xGAME Sports Software
For TXGMS s.r.o. we have developed a special complex system for on-line evaluation of sports performance of sports games participants. The system consists of several basic components:
- Evaluator module.
- Athlete module
- Display module
The Evaluator module allows convenient entry of individual team results using a phone, tablet or computer. It includes a responsive interface that adapts to the size of the display and the ability to navigate the display conveniently and accurately. The system clearly shows which teams have already entered their results and which ones are still pending. Each discipline can be scored by a different system: Fastest time, Longest time, Most points, Least points/strikes, Overall ranking, Time limited disciplines, etc. The system can handle shared positions, disqualifications, importing data from professional timing systems, etc...
The athlete module displays the points earned in each discipline, the team ranking in the discipline and the overall team ranking (top 5 is not displayed). It is a web application and is therefore compatible with all phones, tablets and computers. Players will also get an overview of the discipline descriptions, important phone contacts and of course a map of the event.
The imaging module processes the acquired data and for different applications (LED screens, LCD displays at the workstations) it is suitably transformed and visualized for the specific application. It can display the overall intermediate results for LED screen display (large size, low resolution) or for LCD display at the workstation (relatively small display but very high resolution) and others exactly according to the requirements of the specific event.
