For sporting events in which we participate as a technology partner, we have developed comprehensive event software for online evaluation of sports performance of participants in sports games, planning of the schedule of games and human resources management. It was developed based on personal experience with sporting (corporate) events with an emphasis on simple and economical operation.
It is a rating system designed for sporting events with multiple sporting disciplines within one event (typically corporate sports games or corporate events). It assumes that athletes are divided into teams with the possibility of combining teams into groups.
The app itself is a light web app compatible with all mobile phones, tablets and computers - which reduces the cost of expensive hardware (referees usually use their own phones, so the investment in HW is almost zero).
The system consists of several basic components:
Evaluator module
(for judges at the discipline site)
The evaluator module allows you to conveniently enter the results of each team using your phone, tablet or computer. It includes a responsive interface that adapts to the size of the display and the ability to navigate the display conveniently and accurately. The system clearly shows which teams have already entered their results and which ones are still pending. Each discipline can be scored by a different system: Fastest Time, Longest Time, Most Points, Fewest Points/Strikes, Overall Ranking, Time Limited Disciplines and Combined Rating with two parameters. Sportsman module
(for participants of a sporting event)
The athlete module displays the points earned in each event, the team's ranking in the event and the overall team ranking (top 5 is not displayed*). It is a web application and is therefore compatible with all phones, tablets and computers. In addition, players will also get an overview of the discipline descriptions, important phone contacts and of course a map of the event.

Display module
The imaging module processes the acquired data and for different applications (LED screens, LCD displays at the stations) and transforms and visualizes them appropriately for the specific application. It can display overall intermediate results for LED screen display (large size, low resolution) or for LCD display at the workstation (relatively small display but very high resolution) and others exactly according to the requirements of the specific event.
The system is prepared for smaller sports games (about 12 teams) and also for larger sports games (basically unlimited number of teams), where it can automatically combine individual teams into groups that can be automatically distributed by means of a schedule to all sports stations so that there is a minimum amount of downtime.
A map of the location of the sports venues in the area can be defined in the application for the participants (the system allows you to insert your own image - map, or use OpenStreetMap to define your own map directly in the application)
For the evaluators, or judges, the system generates tables with the times when a group should arrive for a sport discipline.
The app for participants can be significantly customized according to your customers - change the logo and change the color scheme. The app can be locked before and after the event. Results can be easily exported.
We are constantly improving the app and implementing customer requirements that all xSPORT customers can access.

Technical requirements
No technical knowledge or technical background is required to run the xSPORT application. The entire application runs on specialisti.cz servers, so you don't have to deal with anything. The device requirements for the evaluator/decider are a mobile phone, tablet or computer with internet access and a modern internet browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox,...). For mobile phones, a horizontal resolution of at least 350 px is required.
